The Sirha mobile application is dedicated to the Sirha trade fair. The next edition will take place from January 26th to 30th 2019, in Eurexpo, Lyon, Farnce. It is designed to help visitors during their visit with relevant content such as exhibitors catalog, full programme, map, practical information. The application is public and intended for all participants. The app also proposes a Vote and Polls feature which allows the user to give her opinion on asked questions as well as vote live for contests organized during the trade fair, in a totally anonymous fashion.

The app uses cookies or equivalent and collects data on app usage by each user. Actions on the app - favorites excluded - are collected anonymously and stored for a maximum of 26 months then deleted. These data are aggregated to get statistics reports on app usage. These reports are used by GL EVENTS EXHIBITIONS and MOBILE-SPOT to understand app usage and improve it as well as the trade show itself. These data are not shared with any third party, and not used for any other usage.
Favorites : items bookmarked as Favorites by the user are stored on the terminal exclusively for the user and are not shared with any other application on the terminal, nor sent to any server for any usage by MOBILE-SPOT, GL EVENTS EXHIBITIONS or any third dparty.
Push notifications : some general user information such as language or terminal and terminal type and whether the app was launched a first time are used so that Push messages are sent in the proper language (i.e. french or english) to the user. App usage data are not used to address push notifications in a more precise manner to a subset of users
Vote & Polls : polls & votes raw answers - which are anonymous - are stored on a server located in France for a maximum of 1 month after the closing date of the poll. A synthesis report is transmitted to GL EVENTS.
